We sold a container of a food ingredient to a client in Turkey on a CAD basis where the client chose another freight forwarder to handle the shipment. When the client was not able to come up with the funds to pay for the shipment, their freight forwarder located in the US proved to be less than cooperative. Scott jumped in and dealt with the people in the middle east as well as the freight forwarder in TX, the steam ship company and the US embassy in Turkey.
